100% Homestead Exemption Forms Available

The City of Locust Grove is accepting Homestead Exemption Forms for 100% exemption from any future city ad valorem property tax that may not be rolled back with revenues from the Local Option Sales Tax (LOST) and other funding sources such as business taxes, fines, fees, etc.

To be eligible for Exemption, you must OWN your home and have this residence as your primary residence (i.e. no other primary residence in another location/state).

The Locust Grove EZ forms went out in utility bills for December 2024. If you have NOT filed for exemption at Henry County, then the long form will be necessary with additional information available at City Hall and online.
