The Locust Grove Events Committee oversees the promotion, operation and coordination of certain civic events, primarily Locust Grove Day and the City-wide Yard-sale Day.
Section 14.04.040 provides for the Mayor to appoint members to serve on the Locust Grove Events Committee as approved by resolution of the Mayor and City Council.
Meetings of the Locust Grove Events Committee take place the third Wednesday of each month at 10:00 AM in the Locust Grove Public Safety Building.
