The Community Department is headed by Tim Young, AICP, Director of the Department and consists of a Development Coordinator (Sandy Marconi-Leiva) and a Development Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer (Ray Russ). Our offices are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday at the Municipal Complex/City Hall at 3644 Highway 42, Locust Grove, GA 30248. NOTE: due to limited staffing levels, the office may be closed at times during the lunch period of 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, but staff are generally available if necessary.
